The king room I stayed in was updated with a private bathroom attached. A refrigerator, central heating, and a satellite TV were a huge plus. The location was particularly good for walking around a grand showpiece square. The staff were excellent co-operating in the entire hotel.

It was a very good place to stay in Venice. The location of the hotel was fantastic and wonderful - around 10-15 minutes walk from Naval History Museum. The restaurant was pretty good with excellent service and amazing food.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay. The staff was welcoming and excellent co-operating in any situation. The food was delightful, the atmosphere of the place was elegant. The location was lovely, easy to get to with large bags as ramps are over the steps on the waterfront, in the beautiful area. Besides, this hotel was located 1 km away from a grand showpiece square. The stay was absolutely pleasant.

I had a twin room and it was functional with St Marks- truly fantastic value for money, the living area of the apartment, as example. The price was £ 52. Cooperative staff that liked their guests. The service was excellent, including a smooth check-in. The hotel's location was particularly good, very close to the boat taxi port, nice restaurants in the area and vaporetto station San Marco Zacaria. Castello district was worth exploring.
